This likely was a programming disk of Trevor Taylor, who apparently did
a lot of tinkering with the AY-3-8910 sound generator chip.  This disk
contains code for generating sounds from a timer-based interrupt routine.
That is, a program could lay out a seuqence of effects and duration, and
Timer #2 in the 5510 chip would be used to stop the current sound and
start up the next one for its specified duration.
