The disk volume label is "NCCUG16", and the MENU.BAS title screen says

    LIBRARY-NORTHERN CALIFORNIA CCII USERS #16

However, the contents don't actually match the listing which describes the
contents of all the NCC disks, nor the disk I have labeled "NCC#16."

Thus, I believe the disk volume label and directory headings are red herrings.
